Rustic Wooden American Flag
INDOOR USE ONLY
This Rustic American Flag is made from new knotty pine boards. The stripes are cut out of 1x material and are 1.5” wide. The Union is cut out of a 1x10 and the stars are engraved 1/4 inch deep using a CNC machine with a 60 degree bit. The backer board is made from 1/4” plywood. It DOES NOT come with any wall hangers installed so you can hang it the way you like.
Large Flag is 19x37 Plus Frame
Medium Flag is 13x24 Plus Frame
Small is 9.75x18.5 Plus Frame

****Each flag is made to order, It takes about 2 weeks from start to finish to complete the flags I will ship them as soon as they are done. ****

***PLEASE NOTE - Due to the nature of the Knotty Pine lumber, it is possible that sap could eventually show through any engraving that is painted white where there are knots and make a yellowish tint. Unfortunately, this is out of my control and can not stop the natural process of the lumber with seeping sap. It is unknown when/if the process will start.

All of our items are handmade and custom, they can possibly vary in appearance from displayed pictures in regards to color depth and sheen. Pictures vary in lighting and always have a slightly different appearance than in person. Upon request, an actual photo of your specific purchased item can be sent to you before the final finish is applied for your approval. Due to how wood works, charring may cause flags to slightly cup as wood constricts when burnt.
Burning patterns, knots, voids by knots, sap from the pine, and blotching will also vary depending on the grain in the wood, which is what makes it unique to your order...there will be no flags with exactly the same burn pattern as yours. If there are light areas or sporadic dots in the coloring, that is due to the sap in the wood and we are not able to control the natural development of the wood.
